At ALLsorts of Pets, our goal is to provide quality pet supplies along with a reliable and enjoyable shopping experience. We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing products for their pets.
If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be clear, fair, and easy to follow.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

The item must be returned in its original packaging

The item must be free from damage, dirt, or signs of use

Proof of purchase must be provided
If a customer orders the wrong item or changes their mind, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns submitted after the 30-day period may not be accepted.
Return Method
All returns are handled by mail only.
At this time, we do not offer in-store returns, as ALLsorts of Pets operates primarily as an online store.
Return Label
For eligible returns that meet our return conditions, a return shipping label may be provided.
To return an item:

Repack the item securely in its original packaging.

Attach the return label to the outside of the package.

Drop the package at the shipping carrier indicated on the label.
If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our support team to request a replacement.
If the return is due to customer ordering error or change of mind, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Eligible returned items will be processed according to our policy without additional handling charges.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims submitted after 7 days or without supporting photos may not qualify for a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
